Tee Time Schedule

When you book a tee time, that booking appears on the tee time schedule for other customers who are logged in to the website. The schedule shows your first name and the first letter of your last name (for example, “Jane D.”), along with the date, time, and bay. It does not display your full last name, email address, phone number, or payment information to other customers. This limited name display helps people see who is on the schedule without sharing more personal information than needed.

Payments (Stripe)

Tee times are paid on this website at booking using Stripe, Inc. When you pay, Stripe collects and processes the information needed to complete the transaction, which may include your name, email address, billing details, and payment card or other payment method information. Full payment card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Stripe may process this information in the United States and other countries in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
